Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Processing Time If your order is placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 PM EST, it will typically leave our London, Ontario facility the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Estimates (Canada)
    •    Standard Parcel: Approximately 7-10 Business Days. Tracking included.
    •    Express Shipping: Approximately 2-5 Business Days. Tracking included.
Shipping Estimates (USA)
    •    Standard Shipping: Approximately 6-9 Business Days.
    •    Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Full tracking is provided.
    •    Customs: International orders may be subject to customs inspections which can cause delays outside of our control.

Liability & Claims We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing. However, if a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf. Please note that Canada Post claims processes are subject to their specific timelines and terms.
International Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside of Canada (including to the USA), the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees.

30-Day Return Policy We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
    1    The item must be in new, unused condition.
    2    All original tags, packaging, and protective seals must be intact.
    3    The item must be in resalable condition.

Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at the email provided in Section 18. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Price Match Policy We strive to offer the best value. We may match the price of a competitor if the following conditions are met:
    1    Same Item: The product must be identical (same year, model, size, color).
    2    In-Stock: The product must be in-stock and ready to ship immediately on the competitor's website. We do not match backorders or "out of stock" items.
    3    Orderable Online: The competitor must be an online retailer with a secure checkout.
    4    No Clearance: We do not match closeouts, scratch-and-dent, or liquidation prices.
    5    Shipping Included: The price match comparison will include the cost of shipping.
    6    Timing: The price match must be requested and approved BEFORE you place your order.
    7    No Stacking: Coupons cannot be combined with a price match.

10-Day Price Guarantee If an item you purchased from us goes on sale on our own site within 10 days of your purchase, we will adjust the price upon request. The adjustment will be issued as a store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If your credit card is declined or the billing address does not match the file on record with your bank, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot verify the payment within 30 days, the order will be cancelled.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Racer Driver or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Notice and Notice Regime (Canada) We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the information required by the Copyright Act (Canada), including:
    1    The claimant's name and address.

In no case shall Racer Driver, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Racer Driver, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
